· What payment do you accept?
Ans: We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, UPI and other secured online payment method.
· How long does shipping take to deliver?
Ans: Domestic suppliers: 7–10 days (Exclude National Holidays)
International suppliers (e.g., AliExpress): 10–25 days
Shipping times can vary based on supplier location and shipping methods.
· Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Ans: Yes, COD is available for selected products and regions. Please check the product page for COD availability.
· How I can track my order?
Ans: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on the courier's website to track your shipment.
· What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Ans: We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product with:
Order number and Photos of the damaged/defective item
We'll assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
